Waverley Garden Awards
Held every three years, the Waverley Garden Awards:
- Celebrate that gardens can bring joy and tranquillity to those around them;
- Recognise that local green thumbs contribute to the quality of our environment and wellbeing; and
- Appreciate that gardens come in all shapes and sizes, creatively introducing diversity and vibrancy to the community.
From balcony gardens and formal courtyards to shared veggie patches and native bush gardens, any type of garden can be nominated.
Following the nomination and judging, an awards ceremony is held to celebrate the nominees and announce the winners.
