Waverley Council provides rental housing to support the local community through three targeted programs.

Waverley Affordable Housing Program (WAHP)

This program provides affordable rentals for working people on low-to-moderate incomes, for terms of up to five years. Income limits apply and applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have lived or worked in Waverley for at least three years. Council’s 24 units are managed by EchoRealty; which advertises vacancies.
