Speaking at a Council or Council Committee meeting
If you wish to speak at a Council or Council Committee meeting, please complete the online registration form. You do not need to register to attend the meeting.
For a trial period, members of the public can choose to address Council and Committee meetings by video conference (Zoom) instead of attending in person. See here for details.

Agendas will be available from 12 pm on the Friday before the meeting.
Minutes of Council and Council Committee meetings will be available from 12 pm on the Monday following the meeting. Minutes of Traffic Committee meetings will be available approximately two weeks after the meeting.
The minutes provided here are subject to change and should not be taken as the official minutes of a meeting.

Live streaming of Council and Council Committee meetings
Council live streams all meetings of Council, the Finance, Operations and Community Services Committee and the Strategic Planning and Development Committee.

Meeting days and times
Council meetings commence at 7.00 pm on the third Tuesday of each month at The Boot Factory 27-33 Spring St, Bondi Junction.
Finance, Operations and Community Services Committee meetings commence at 7.00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month at The Boot Factory 27-33 Spring St, Bondi Junction.
Strategic Planning and Development Committee meetings commence at 7.30 pm on the first Tuesday of each month at The Boot Factory 27-33 Spring St, Bondi Junction.
Traffic Committee meetings commence at 10.00 am on the fourth Thursday of each month and are generally held by video conference.
Extraordinary and reconvened meetings may have different commencement times. Please refer to the meeting agenda or the table above.
