The following Council and Council Committee meetings are generally held each month:

Speaking at a Council or Council Committee meeting
If you wish to speak on an item on the agenda of a Council or Council Committee meeting, please complete the online registration form by 3.00 pm on the day of the meeting.
The Council Chamber has limited public seating. Priority seating will be provided for people who have registered to speak at the meeting. Additional seating will be available in the Boot Factory ground floor reception area for people to watch the livestream of the meeting. Meetings are also livestreamed here.
