Waverley Park

Waverley Park is the major sport and recreation park in Waverley and popular commuter route for cyclists and pedestrians. Designated as Waverley’s first park in 1880, it holds a special place in Waverley’s cultural heritage.

Completed in late 2023, its playground celebrates the park’s history, with a rocket ship and launch tower centrepiece that pays tribute to the original 1960s space.
