The Amenity Building is a small indoor venue in Waverley Park suitable for children’s birthday parties and activities, small meetings, art classes and low-impact exercise classes.

Venue details

Capacity: 30 standing, 15 seated.

Dimensions: 6m x 5m.

What is provided: Use of 15 adult chairs, 2 trestle tables (1.8m x 75cm), toilet facilities and a small kitchen area with a microwave, small bar fridge, sink and Zip hydro tap for hot and cold water.

Available hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–9pm. Available for children’s parties on weekends between 8am–12pm and 1pm–5pm.

Access information: A key can be collected from the Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre office during office hours, 8.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Parking: Limited street parking around Waverley Park.
